- Mid-November – December 2006 – Phase I Review
- Mid-December – Neighborhoods receive notice of preliminary review by staff
- January 2007 – Staff & citizen team conduct Phase II review
- Early March 2007 – Neighborhoods receive notice of recommendation by team
- April 2007 – Presentation to Planning Board
- June 2007 – CIP Presentation,
